Application criteria
All applicants to THE GLOCAL MBA must meet the following requirements:
Undergraduate university degree (or equivalent)
Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience
English language (proficiency level)
You should also have the qualities that will let you get the most out of our program: intellectual and analytical capabilities; a belief in innovation, collaboration and new ways of thinking; honesty and authenticity; and the willingness to embrace new challenges and to question old ways of doing things. Our application process carefully screens each applicant for these intangible traits to create a dynamic, exciting and enriching community.

Following our philosophy of disrupting traditional business schools, we have also streamlined the complicated application process. Here’s everything you need to apply:
Let us get to know you better by filling out some background information including your contact details and basic biographical data.
Your CV should list your relevant professional work experience, your academic studies, and your extracurricular achievements and interests. Please use a standard business format and keep it to one page.
Our essays are designed for us to get to know how you think and what you care about.
Essay 1: How will you enrich the experiences of your cohort and the GLOCAL community (academically and socially)? (max 500 words).
Essay 2: Describe a time you were part of a team, a time you led, and share your opinion of what makes a good team leader? (max 500 words).
You must provide the information for two reference contacts who know you very well in a professional sense, ideally a current or recent supervisor, although you could also ask a work colleague. Your reference contacts should be able to talk about your intellect, leadership potential, social skills and character. A member of Admissions may reach out to these reference contacts at any time during the evaluation process, should we have additional questions about your background and/or experiences.
After our admissions team has reviewed your full application, if they think you have what it takes to thrive in our program, you’ll be invited to an online interview. Following your online interview, in just a few weeks, you’ll get our decision. If admitted, you’ll become part of an exclusive community of ambitious, adventurous young professionals about to embark on the most intense and exciting educational experience of your life!
What’s not needed – exams & fees
No GMAT, No GRE, No TOEFL, nor any other exam of any kind. We believe that standardized exams don’t give a true picture of your potential for leadership and success.
There is also no application fee. We don’t want a fee to hold any qualified student from applying.

Our application process is demanding because we expect a lot from our students during the program and the application is the very first step. The only hard requirements to join our global business school are an undergraduate university degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of 2 years of professional work experience. If you have those, then click the APPLY button and you’ll be asked to choose either the full-time MBA or the part-time MBA. The application form includes answering several background questions, uploading your CV and writing 2 application essays designed to reveal who you are and what you care most about.
After you hit submit, our Admissions team will get to work reviewing your application. If impressed, they will invite you to an online interview.
Following your interview, in just a few weeks, we’ll give you our final decision. If admitted, you’ll become part of an exclusive community of ambitious, adventurous young professionals about to embark on the most intense and exciting educational experience of your lives!
No, we do not have much faith in standardized tests such as the GMAT or the GRE. They do not give a true picture of your potential for leadership and success. Therefore, to be open to as many qualified students as possible, we do not require them.
Yes. Both the full-time and the part-time MBA are conducted fully in English. To succeed in the program and be a positive influence on your cohort, you must be fluent in written and spoken English. But don’t worry, you don’t have to take a test such as the TOEFL or IELTS, we will measure your English fluency during the admission process.
Because our goal is to find the most motivated, bright, intellectually curious, high potential students from around the globe to join our business school, our only hard requirements are an undergraduate university degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of 2 years of professional work experience.
